Caring for people, diversity and inclusion is embedded in our vision and in our values. We see diversity and inclusion as the right thing to do. Recognizing our co-workers’ differences contributes to creativity and supports our growth. We strive to have a diverse and inclusive work environment where co-workers feel valued for their uniqueness, recognized for their diverse talents, and where they can be themselves.
Inclusion at MMG is about creating a work environment in which our team are successful because they feel welcomed, respected, supported and appreciated. We foster a highly-competitive culture where individuals are rewarded greatly based on their performance. Healthy competition and performance perks make our team’s motivation increase greatly.
We take pride in the group of individuals we are currently working with. They make the culture at Vast an incomparable one. Our goal is to continue fostering a culture of productivity whilst having fun. Work should always be enjoyable, or so we’d like to think!
